Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.

Must-Have: Experience with high-risk cardiology patients. Experience with critical care cardiac drips. Experience with TAVR and post-catheterization patients. Experience with chest tube management.

Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a 13-week assignment. This position is for day shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5-6. Candidates with two years of experience are preferred. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Experience in managing cardiac drips and central line care is required. Sheath pulls and post-operative care for open-heart surgery patients are essential. The unit manages a variety of cardiac telemetry patients. Interdisciplinary support is available on the unit. Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring is beneficial. All candidates are expected to float within patient care units as needed. This is a great opportunity for nurses looking to advance their careers in a dynamic environment.
