Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician

Department: Lab/Operations

General Summary:
Facility Maintenance Technician supports the daily operations of our warehouse, facility, and vehicle
fleet. This role is hands-on and diverse, requiring someone who can balance maintenance tasks with
inventory and order management while ensuring our workspace and vehicles remain in top condition.

Job Duties:
Assist with daily warehouse and facility maintenance
Manage website order preparation and fulfillment
Create and ship items using shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Maintain and track inventory/stock levels
Support vehicle fleet upkeep, including scheduling tire checks, oil changes, and managing GPS
trackers
Perform light cleaning, minor repairs, and restocking office supplies
Collaborate with the team to identify and solve operational challenges

Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a laboratory, research, biotech,
or healthcare environment.
Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Highschool Diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications
3+ Years Hands on Maintenance experience
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. Must be able to lift 25-50lbs. May be required
to ascend/descend stairs.
