AI/ML Architect Associate Manager

Salary: $62,300 - 220,400 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 4 years of experience in Python, Java, or an equivalent language, along with comfort using evaluation tools, logging, monitoring, and observability.
• We need at least 3 years of experience designing and implementing scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions in production.
• We need at least 3 years of experience designing and implementing Agentic AI and Generative AI platforms and frameworks used across multiple AI solutions.
• We need at least 2 years of experience designing, engineering, and operationalizing large-scale AI/ML solutions on a major public cloud using cloud-native AI services, open-source technologies, and third-party tools.
• We need at least 2 years of experience with key AI technologies from public cloud providers, open-source ecosystems, and third-party tooling.
• We need at least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source tools, as well as agentic orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, plus MLOps and LLMOps practices across the full ML and LLM lifecycle.
• We need a bachelors degree or equivalent experience (12 years of work experience minimum), or an associate degree with at least 6 years of work experience.

• We design AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• We build LLM and agentic systems with function calling, prompt engineering, and production-grade orchestration.
• We implement RAG approaches using vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or Milvus, and tune embeddings to improve retrieval quality.
• We train and deploy ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, or Kubeflow.
• We set up custom agent frameworks across providers including Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI Agent Builder, and the Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, while designing the production architecture that supports them.
• We integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, microservices, and workflow systems, deliver solutions through CI/CD on Azure, AWS, or GCP, and apply Responsible AI controls such as fairness, bias detection, and safety filtering in regulated environments.
