Professional Development Specialist RN- Critical Care

Description This position will provide service group educational support to clinical staff and will be focused on staff clinical development and expertise. The role works intimately with the service group director and Clinical Nurse Specialist to plan for the development of excellence in care. It emphasizes the use of educational theory and expertise to foster clinical growth, increase staff competency, and ensure safe and positive patient outcomes. Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing. Upon hire: Registered Nurse License. License in states where care is delivered. 3 years of nursing leadership experience, including clinical experience in the associated service line area. Preferred Qualifications Emphasis on education with current clinical competence in the service group.
