We are looking for a client-focused, commercially mindedSales Support Specialist to join Belkins' in-house sales team. The team is led by our Head of Sales - Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals, with BDRs generating new pipeline. You will be paired with 1–2 Sales Executives and work alongside them with clients: joining calls, answering questions, keeping deals moving and guiding new clients from signed contract to a smooth start.

This is a sales role first - you'll be in front of clients every day. You will also run automated re-engagement campaigns to past leads on behalf of your Sales Executives through our in-house outreach platform, qualify the replies, and hand over the conversations ready to move forward. These turn old leads into new pipeline and closed deals. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in the US or Europe who work full US business hours. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Be a confident, trusted point of contact for clients: answer their questions, handle concerns and keep them moving forward • Guide new clients through onboarding, from signed contract to kickoff, so delivery starts without chasing anyone • Join demos and client calls alongside Sales Executives: prep beforehand, take notes and send follow-ups that confirm next steps • Prepare contracts and track them through to signature • Run re-engagement campaigns to past leads, qualify replies and hand warm conversations to your Sales Executives • Keep the CRM accurate and segment leads • Spot what's missing in a deal and escalate early WHAT YOU BRING • 1–4 years in a client-facing commercial role: SDR / BDR, account executive, account management, customer success or onboarding, ideally in B2B • Confident and presentable on client calls: you can lead a conversation, answer questions and handle objections • Experience guiding clients through onboarding, renewals or a buying process • A sales mindset: you understand how deals close and you've worked towards commercial targets • Fluent, professional English (C1+), with strong written communication • Comfortable using a CRM every day • Availability to work full US business hours NICE TO HAVE • Hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce experience • Experience with email sequencing tools (HubSpot Sequences, Apollo, Lemlist or similar) • Background in a B2B agency, lead generation or SaaS company • Exposure to contracts, proposals or deal desk work WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • The SEs you support spend more time selling and close more deals • Old leads turn into new pipeline and closed business What's special about working at Belkins? - You'll be at the heart of a proven sales engine.
