Sales Support Specialist

You will maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of the customer. You will work directly with the District Sales Managers to maintain and grow the business within a specific territory/territories. Generate leads and commit to customer service with key accounts. You will perform incisive market and competitive research to help aid the District Sales Managers in adjusting our sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. Meet weekly, monthly and annually to coordinate sales efforts between the Customer Support Team and the District Sales Managers. This role is remote or hybrid optional. The hours are:PACIFIC: 8am - 4:30PMMOUNTAIN: 9am-5:30pmCENTRAL: 10am-6:30pmEASTERN: 11am-7:30pmCompensation is $25 per hour.Essential FunctionsEssential Functions Statement(s):Qualify, develop and maintain thorough Sales Quote Tracking.Answer inbound phone calls to help drive sales.Work with the Account Executive team to design industry-specific outbound efforts including making outbound phone calls to help drive sales.Generate Sales Quotes for specific projects within a specific territory/territories.Follow up on all Sales Quotes with detailed information that will help the District Sales Managers close the sale.Follow up on all Sales Orders, including updating customers of ship dates / delays / etc.Work with the District Sales Managers to design industry-specific outbound efforts for their particular region.May include occasional travel with District Sales Team.Responsible for maintaining and growing sales within specific region.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Skills & AbilitiesAssociates degree preferred or equivalent sales experienceProficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as possess the ability to be trained in company specific softwareTechnical MindsetAbility to read project specificationsGood communication skills requiredFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to adapt quickly and work well in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers, architects and engineersExcellent attention to detailsAbility to multitask, stay organized and set prioritiesAttendance during regular work hours and overtime required.Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred.Pay Range: 20.00 - 30.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
