Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• License: RN Idaho license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 12 months of hire)
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years preferred
• EMR: Epic (experience required)
• Unit-specific skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Oxygen administration, IV management, Tracheostomy care/management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Nursing Process to deliver care to patients across various age groups.
• Document patient care accurately following regulatory and hospital requirements.
• Maintain clinical competencies and engage in professional development.
• Provide safe and effective patient care in a busy, varied environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Compliance / Notes:

• 100-mile radius rule in effect. The traveler must live at least 100 miles from the facility.
• All RTO must be listed at the time of submittal.
• Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing.
