Stand up Forklift Operator

Job Title: Forklift Driver We are hiring forklift drivers to join our manufacturing team. As a forklift driver, you will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly by moving and transferring materials in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Move and transfer materials and finished goods. Perform transfers with high accuracy and accountability. Follow all safety rules, standards of conduct, and company policies. Support standard operations for lift truck operators. Maintain excellent communication and customer service with internal and external customers. Assist teammates with daily assignments and build good relationships. Ensure assignments are completed in a timely manner. Perform daily forklift inspection. Support SAP functions related to inventory and load management (e.g., pick list, PGI). Requirements and Qualifications Minimum two years of forklift experience (sit‑down). Preferred one year of stand‑up or reach truck experience. Ability to stand for long periods and move heavy loads with a pallet jack. Must be able to complete Material Order Forms and read Job Dockets. Must work independently and collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to work overtime and off‑hours as needed. Willingness to learn and operate different equipment during the probation period. Compensation Starting rate: $20.79 per hour. Pay‑for‑skills training guide available; increase skills, increase pay.
