Role Description The Senior Account Manager at Lamar Aero is a part-time, remote role focused on owning and growing key client relationships within the aviation and aerospace portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing client communications, and coordinating internal resources to deliver services and solutions on time and within agreed scope. The Senior Account Manager will develop account plans, track performance against client objectives, and identify opportunities for expansion, renewal, and cross-selling. This role involves preparing presentations and reports, monitoring contract terms, addressing issues proactively, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to refine strategies, forecast revenue, and support long-term business growth.\n
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management, client success, or relationship management, ideally within aviation, aerospace, or a technical services environment.

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software to track activity, analyze account data, and prepare reports and presentations.

• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and projects in a remote, part-time setting.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret client needs, address challenges, and propose practical, data-informed solutions.

• Comfort working independently and collaboratively across remote teams, with a focus on accountability and consistent follow-through.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Prior exposure to aviation or aerospace industry operations, regulations, or services is highly beneficial.
