Digital Marketing Manager

Continuously improve through education, professional training, and certification Represent the company in a manner that supports our mission statement Train adequate backup personnel to support your role in your absence Take ownership of your hiring decisions Treat your co-workers and clients with respect Communicate with honesty, openness, and transparency Act with integrity (honor your word), set the example, and be accountable Complete other duties as required/assigned Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn and Instagram accounts. Evaluate additional platforms for suitability and business goals. Create, schedule and publish content that showcases our projects, people and company culture. Engage with followers, respond to comments and build community. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategies. Grow our audience and increase engagement with target stakeholders (investors, clients, potential employees, community). Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and social media metrics using Google Analytics.
