Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $32.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Greet employees, visitors, and vendors, assist with access control processes, and help to verify identification and visitor sign‑in according to site guidelines. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed. Monitor front desk activity, answer questions, document security‑related concerns, and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or access‑related events through proper channels. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
