Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the property. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:30 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support orderly communication and documentation. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, stairwells, and the exterior perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with property protocols, while providing courteous assistance and clear directions to building occupants and guests. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or property representatives. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
