Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative workplace.

Pay Rate: $24.90 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, documenting observations and/or incidents in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal standards.
• Support access control activities by verifying credentials, assisting with visitor processing, and/or helping to address questions or concerns from tenants and guests in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• Possession of a guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
