Pay: $105,000 - 110,000

Requirements

\n

\n
• Minimum five years of experience as a Human Resource Manager with progressive leadership responsibilities
\n
• Multistate HR experience
\n
• Bachelor's degree
\n
• Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on complex employee matters
\n
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop HR professionals
\n
• Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations to large groups
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Establish, implement, and communicate HR initiatives that align with the company’s mission and strategic vision
\n
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and payroll functions, including talent acquisition, career development, payroll, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits
\n
• Develop and execute recruiting, retention, and succession plans to support company growth and strategic goals
\n
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies
\n
• Manage employee relations issues and collaborate with various functional leads, insurance providers, and legal advisors
\n
• Lead performance management, compensation, and talent management processes
\n
• Oversee leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and disability program
\n
