We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager whowill be responsible for managing multiple outlets and ensuring consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences across the Food & Beverage division. What you will be doing: Oversee multiple restaurant and lounge outlets within the hotel. Manage and support outlet managers and supervisors to achieve goals. Ensure consistency in service quality and guest satisfaction across outlets. Assist with budget development, financial analysis, and cost control. Coordinate with culinary and banquet teams to support hotel events. Recruit, hire, and train staff and supervisors within the department. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. Perform other duties as assigned to support Food & Beverage leadership. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required. 3–5 years of progressive food & beverage management experience. Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously. Proven leadership skills with ability to develop management staff. Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. What's in it for you?
