Outlier Jets is a private aviation company built on a simple idea: flying private should be handled by people who actually answer the phone. We run jet card trips, charter, and aircraft transactions for clients who don't have time for friction.

Our members fly on their schedule, which means evenings and weekends matter as much as weekdays. This role covers those hours. You're the person who makes the trip happen, with the full context to handle each member as if you've worked with them for years.

The shift

Part-time contract covering evenings and weekends. [Weeknights roughly 5pm to 11pm ET, plus Saturday and Sunday daytime. Windows flexible for the right person.] Remote, US based.

What you'll own

• Trip coordination end to end: scheduling, operator sourcing, quoting support, catering, ground, and FBO handoffs.

• Member communication, with a calm, steady voice when plans shift.

• Post-sale and post-flight follow-through, so nothing slips between shifts.

• CRM discipline in Salesforce. Every touchpoint logged and current, so the day team picks up exactly where you left off.

• Operator and vendor relationships, with a clear read on who delivers.

Who this is for

• 1+ year in a client service role in private aviation. A requirement, not a nice-to-have. Charter or Part 135 experience is a plus.

• The evening and weekend schedule genuinely works for your life.

• You're organized to the point that disorganization bothers you.

• Hospitality is instinct, not a script. You anticipate.
