Child Watch Attendant — Safe, Engaging Care for Kids

The YMCA of South Alabama is seeking a Child Watch Attendant to provide a safe, welcoming environment for children while guardians participate in YMCA programs. You will supervise, sign in/out, and ensure adherence to safety rules and policies, while modeling the YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

Preferred candidates are 16–18 years old, with experience with children and strong communication skills; CPR/First Aid and Child Abuse Prevention training are preferred or may
