Business Analyst

Location: Warren, MI, 48092 / Remote

Duration: 5 months (can extend)

Pay Range: $50 to $60/Hr on W2

Role Descriptions:

• Write user stories from high level software requirements with enough technical depth to support engineering design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Translate business processes and operational needs into clear functional requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and workflow definitions.
• Partner with technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity before development begins.
• Maintain and organize work items in Jira or a similar development management tool, including requirements, stories, defects, dependencies, and status updates.
• Support lead management and related business process discussions, including intake, routing, tracking, reporting, and operational handoffs.
• Contribute to work involving Salesforce or adjacent CRM workflows, especially where platform behavior, data flow, or process definition must be documented.
• Work effectively with distributed teams, with a preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones to support collaboration.
