PAY RATE: $23.00-25.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)

Summary:

• Manages the full sales cycle including quotation, order entry, shipping documentation, invoicing, and customer follow-up.

• Processes customer orders and coordinates with various departments to ensure timely delivery.

• Answers customer inquiries in a timely manner and maintains customer relations.

• Identifies and remedies customer issues using established procedures.

• Communicates and coordinates with internal departments for order fulfillment.

• Acts as backup for front desk including covering phones and greeting visitors.

• Performs cold calling to customers for business development.

• Works with customers to understand and anticipate future needs.

• Coordinates order processing from entry through delivery.

• Maintains customer records and documentation for order management.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Experience managing the full sales cycle including quotation, order entry, and invoicing.

• Experience coordinating with internal departments for order fulfillment and issue resolution.

• Experience processing shipping documentation and customer orders.

• Experience using order management and customer service systems.

• Experience with cold calling and customer relationship management.

• Experience answering customer inquiries and remedying issues.

• Experience maintaining customer records and documentation.
