Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at a prestigious hotel located in the vibrant Brickell area. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, directly contributing to their overall satisfaction and our hotel's reputation.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Replace used towels and linens with fresh items and restock guest amenities such as soaps, shampoos, and tissues.
- Ensure all equipment used in the cleaning process is maintained and in good working condition.
- Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the housekeeping manager.
- Respect guests' privacy and adhere to the hotel's security protocols.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Participate in additional cleaning projects as needed, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Collaborate with other team members to uphold the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and service.

**Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy items, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
