Provide quality diagnostic imaging for medical interpretation Operate CT imaging equipment and post-process images/data Handle patients Perform venipuncture Transport patients Use electronic medical records, including EPIC Communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously with patients, physicians, clinics, and other hospital services Provide call and holiday coverage Maintain professional license(s), National Registry, and annual competencies Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or GED PLUS Graduate of an approved Radiology program New graduate or less than one (1) year of CT experience Registry eligible or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists An Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License must be obtained before the start date CT Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists must be obtained within 12 months of the date of hire Ability to Follow Oral Instruction, Read, and Write Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check, Sex Offender Registry, Substance Abuse Testing Required documents: License or Certificate, List of three Professional References, Resume Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and performing venipuncture while providing quality diagnostic imaging for medical interpretation.
