As a Retail Brand Specialist , you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, sales support, communication, leadership, and daily business operations while working alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities Engage with customers in a retail environment and provide exceptional service. Assist customers with product information and recommend solutions based on their needs. Learn and apply effective sales, marketing, and customer service techniques. Explain product features, pricing, and current promotional offers. Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Work toward individual and team performance goals. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development programs. Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity.
