The patient is a 6 year old male with a G-tube, Trach, & Vent. This is a petfriendly home. He stays at home with his Mom, Dad, and 2 older brothers and new born brother.

Requirements

• Current, active FloridaLPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
