Quick Facts Location: Tallahassee, FL (1300 Miccosukee Road) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent position Shift: 8-hour and 24-hour shifts Hours/week: Variable based on schedule Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: NNP Board Certified (NO exceptions) Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP required (not accepting new graduates or locum candidates) Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Benefits: Competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, medical/dental/vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid sick time, licensure and travel reimbursements, referral bonuses, and more Pay & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience (details discussed at interview) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), dental, and vision coverage Life and short-term/long-term disability insurance Employee stock purchase program with 15% discount* 401(k) plan with company match** Pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Additional benefits including hospital/critical illness plans, identity protection, EAP, and travel or licensure reimbursements What You’ll Do Provide expert neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds and approximately 3,500 annual deliveries Manage high-risk and critically ill neonates, including premature infants Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and nursing teams to deliver family-centered care Support stabilization, resuscitation, and transport of neonatal patients from regional hospitals Work in a multidisciplinary environment with access to pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics Participate in shift work, including both day and overnight rotations Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols What You Need Active NNP certification (FNP or PNP not accepted) Minimum 2 years of neonatal experience Proficiency in neonatal care procedures and protocols Experience working within a Level-III NICU setting Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a well-established, family-oriented NICU at a leading facility in Tallahassee, FL.
