RN-Registered Nurse // ED - Emergency Department $1,407 weekly stipends $36/hour $1,296 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 1/12/2027 13 weeks Job Description Flexible Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week Title: RN – ER Location: Christiana Hospital, 4755 Ogletown-Stanton Road, Newark, DE 19718 Duration: 13 or 25 Weeks Start Date: 01/12/2027 ONLY Hours: 36 hrs/week Scheduling: No Block Scheduling Holidays: Required Call: None RTO: Maximum 3 Days; ALL RTO must be submitted upfront — no additions/changes after submission Experience: 2+ Years ER experience required — No Exceptions License: DE or Compact RN License in hand EMR: Recent Epic experience required Interview: Auto Offer (ER List A) Unit: Emergency Department | 21–30 beds Patient Ratio: Typically 1:4 Charting: Cerner Patient Population: Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult & Geriatric Float: ED only; no floating outside Emergency Department Key Responsibilities: Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity Provide emergency nursing care, medication administration and ongoing monitoring Respond to stroke, cardiac, trauma, cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest emergencies Assist with moderate sedation, external pacing and other emergency procedures Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in patient condition and escal... appropriate ?
