Your Opportunity: We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative who will serve as the company’s ambassador, cultivating leads, meeting customers, and turning one‑off sales into lasting relationships. What You’ll Be Doing: Create and implement a sales strategy to meet company and personal goals. Travel to meet existing and potential customers face‑to‑face to identify needs. Communicate regularly with customers, providing solutions as needed. Maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge for customer benefit. Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities. Document customer interactions for efficient lead management. Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies. Engage in proactive sales activities such as door‑to‑door outreach, community networking, and new lead sourcing. Requirements: Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years sales experience. Experience in pest control highly preferred but not required. Proficiency with customer relationship management software. Successful completion of pre‑employment screening (criminal, driving, work history, credentials).
