Blackwater Public Safety is currently hiring Armed Security Officers who are fluent in both Spanish and English to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for reliable professionals who are committed to maintaining a secure environment while delivering high-quality service to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong-armed presence at designated locations
Monitor property through foot or vehicle patrols
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
Communicate clearly in both Spanish and English with dispatch, clients, and the public
Complete detailed reports and incident documentation
Follow post orders and enforce safety protocols
Represent the company with professionalism and respect
Minimum Requirements:
Valid BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Firearm Permit (Required)
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or GED
Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Reliable transportation
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Comfortable with report writing and mobile security tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military
CPR/First Aid certification
