Immediate need for a Neurosurgeon to join a great group in Baltimore. Lets Discuss

seeking a full time board certified/eligible neurosurgeon to join its growing program.

All candidates must be board certified or eligible to become certified in the State of Maryland and possess current CDS and DEA licenses as required by the State of Maryland. EOE. The successful candidate will play an integral role in use of new technology and expansion of The Minimally Invasive Brain and Spine Center program and services.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Baltimore

1.Comp Vary drastically based off of factors such as; bringing a book of business? New grad? New technique or service?
2.Potential Base plus bonus based on productivity model
3.Call The call would be shared between Director and his incoming partner. We do have PAs which are the first line of call. .

Need to be comfortable with a limited brain line of business. We are not a trauma center. About 10% of our work currently is brain, the bulk is spine. We do have an ICU and have the ability to handle non traumatic brain.
