Job Overview As a Buyers Agent, you will accelerate your success through our proven systems, tools, coaching, and training. Your role involves collaborating with the team to help clients find and purchase homes. Responsibilities Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly. Conduct weekly open houses. Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments. Participate in weekly script practice according to team standards. Engage in team activities according to team standards. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls. Consult with buyers, finalize signed buyer agreements, and identify homes. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers. Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit, excellent at building rapport, listening, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and overcoming objections comes naturally. Team player Licensed real estate professional Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning-based, growth-minded Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills Industry experience preferred Compensation $70,000 - $130,000 USD yearly.
