Director of IT
Located in Pepper Pike, OH

Salary : $100K to $120K Per Year; Based On Experience

Responsibilities of the Director of IT:

Analyze business technology needs, recommend upgrades, and implement IT strategies to support growth.
Oversee, maintain, and secure servers, networks, and software systems
Ensure compliance with data protection requirements and manage disaster recovery protocols.
Work on IT projects
Monitor network performance and security to prevent and address disruptions.

Qualifications of the Director of IT:

Must have experience working in a position with multiple sites
Needs to be personable
Long term care experience strongly preferred
Proven experience in IT management, networking, and server administration.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently.
Experience with technology upgrades and project management.
Strong understanding of telecommunications, network systems, and IT infrastructure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be willing to travel
