Applicants for the CERO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of external-facing leadership experience, with a strong background in development, fundraising, marketing, and community engagement. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement multiyear strategies, as well as a proven track record in fundraising and grant writing.
