Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Orthopedics | 1:1 Care | No Weekends | Worcester County, MA NorthMed Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to take on a float role of servicing 2 of their 7 clinic locations all located in Greater Worcester. This Monday–Friday role offers true one-on-one care, strong mentorship, and access to advanced specialty programs within a collaborative, clinician-first environment. You’ll treat a diverse outpatient caseload while working alongside an experienced team known for clinical excellence, supportive leadership, and high-quality patient care. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Setting: Therapist-owned outpatient clinic Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No weekends Location: Greater Worcester, MA Patient Population: Orthopedic, sports, neuro, vestibular, balance, amputee, and aquatic Treatment Model: True 1:1 care | No PTAs | No double-booking Compensation: $83,000–$100,000 base + bonus potential (estimated total comp $85K–$115K+) Perks Include: Tailored mentorship program (new grads encouraged to apply) CEU support + internal learning platform Guest lecturers and continued clinical education opportunities Specialty growth tracks in vestibular, neuro, sports, and aquatics Strong collaborative team culture Leadership development and internal growth opportunities Highly respected community reputation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based one-on-one outpatient physical therapy treatment Treat orthopedic and neurological patient populations Support specialty programming including vestibular, sports rehab, amputee, balance, and aquatic therapy Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to improve patient outcomes Participate in mentorship, CE, and specialty development initiatives QUALIFICATIONS DPT or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy Active Massachusetts PT license (or license eligible) Interest or experience in ortho, neuro, vestibular, sports, or aquatics Strong communication and documentation skills Team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality 1:1 care WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE Therapist-owned practice with highly involved clinical leadership True 1:1 patient care with no double-booking or PTA model Ethical productivity expectations Strong mentorship and support for newer grads Specialty tracks for long-term clinical growth Collaborative, patient-first environment Opportunity to grow within a respected private practice HOW TO APPLY Interested in this role or exploring other Physical Therapist opportunities in Massachusetts?
