Position Overview
As a Customer Care Representative you will be our customers main point of contact. Ideal applicants will be friendly, professional, engaging, and dedicated to providing our reputation-worthy customer service. This position balances customer service, administrative support, and other team-related responsibilities.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will
- Operate a multi-line phone system
- Answer and process inbound phone calls
- Create and update client accounts
- Provide administrative support such as filing, organizing paperwork, and other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years office and or call center experience
- Successful completion of a drug screening
- Verifiable references
- Previous experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office applications
- Termite and Pest Control industry experience is desired, but not required
Work Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
- One Saturday a month required
