OB Technologist, Labor Delivery, 36 hours per week, 7:00am 7:30pm

Could you be our next OB Technologist? We are looking for an OB Technologist to scrub for surgical procedures for C‑Sections and provide personal care and comfort to patients in the Delivery Room. When the operating rooms are quiet, the technician is trained to provide patient care for new moms and moms‑to‑be. Additional responsibilities include restocking supplies, cleaning and preparing rooms, transporting patients, and completing tasks for the health‑care team. Responsibilities Scrub for C‑Section surgical procedures Provide personal care and comfort to patients in the Delivery Room Restock supplies and prepare operating rooms Clean and maintain room cleanliness Transport patients as needed Assist the health‑care team with ancillary tasks Qualifications Previous surgical tech or Patient Care Technician experience preferred Successful completion of a surgical technologist program that is nationally accredited, or completion through the US Army, Navy, or Air Force Certification preferred if training occurred on or before 12/29/2020 and the candidate practiced clinically during the two preceding years Certification required if training took place on or after 12/29/2020 Benefits Up to 120 hours of paid time off per year Employee discounts on various activities, services, and vendors Free employee parking Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year based on full or part‑time status Position Details Position: OB Tech Shift: 36 hours per week, days 7:00 am – 7:30 am Schedule: Part‑time Day Job Pay Range: $26.53 – $41.11 per hour Employee Status: Regular Job Grade: 209 #J-18808-Ljbffr
