Salary: $107,900 - 195,050 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 3 years of Generative AI or LLM application development experience.
• We need strong Python development skills and hands-on experience building production AWS solutions.
• We require practical experience with Amazon Bedrock, RAG patterns, and vector-based retrieval.
• We require experience with APIs, distributed systems, and secure cloud architecture.
• We need the ability to work effectively in a regulated government environment.

• We design and implement Amazon Bedrock Agents, including a Supervisor Agent and domain-specific Sub-Agents.
• We develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows using Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases and OpenSearch Serverless.
• We build prompt engineering, agent routing, confidence logic, and low-confidence fallback handling.
• We configure Bedrock Guardrails for PII redaction, prompt-injection detection, denied topics, content safety, and grounding evaluation.
• We create Lambda orchestration to connect Lex V2, Bedrock AgentCore, response generation, and human transfer decisions.
• We support session management, conversation context persistence, and cross-channel consistency for voice and chat.
• We integrate the GenAI stack with Amazon Connect, Salesforce, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, IAM, and KMS.
• We lead AI testing, response quality tuning, grounding validation, and latency optimization in production-like environments.
• We implement and test Supervisor Agent and Sub-Agents across HUD service domains.
• We ensure responses are grounded, accurate, and safely filtered through Guardrails.
• We enable confidence scoring and fallback behavior to support reliable human escalation.
• We deliver a production-ready GenAI platform that is maintainable and compliant with security and privacy requirements.
