Responsibilities
- Provide unit-based leadership coordinating with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and unit staff
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory discretion
- Ensure delivery of cost-effective, professional care that supports positive outcomes, high patient satisfaction, and patient safety
- Assess patient experience and implement steps to improve quality of care and the patient experience
- Support daily unit operations and foster collaborative practice among multidisciplinary team members

Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse license in California
- Leadership or nurse-leader experience in a clinical setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-disciplinary teams
- Ability to supervise a diverse group of nursing and ancillary staff
- Ability to work in a hospital environment and fulfill a travel assignment
