Occupational Therapist (OT) – Occupational Therapy
Schedule - Weekends: Rotating on a 6-week basis
Requirements - WA OT license in hand - Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience - Acute care experience required; inpatient rehab (IPR/IRF) and ICU experience highly valued - Experience with acute care evaluation/treatment across settings, inpatient rehab treatments, and ICU care - Familiarity with charting system: Epic (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities - Evaluate and treat adults and geriatric patients with a variety of diagnoses, including multi-trauma, TBI, SCI, CVA/stroke, surgical, orthopedic, Parkinson's, and MS. - Design and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the rehabilitation needs of patients. - Utilize functional activities to enhance patient recovery and independence. - Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Manage caseload effectively, demonstrating strong time-management skills. - Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress.
