Here’s what you get to do:

• Accurate Project Setup: Own the intake and flawless system entry of all upcoming preconstruction project starts.
• Precon Quality Control: Ensure 100% compliance by auditing new project files for all required blueprints, permits, and startup documents.
• Interdepartmental Hub: Field and resolve all internal inquiries regarding the preconstruction pipeline and system readiness.
• Schedule Maintenance: Drive the entry timeline so that data is always live, accurate, and ready for the operations teams.
