G Grant Steakhouse is seeking experienced Broiler Crew members to join our Grand Opening Team at Dearborn's next steakhouse in the heart of downtown. Experience a true fine dining restaurant. As a Broiler Crew team member, you will be responsible for expertly preparing and cooking premium steaks and proteins to precise temperatures while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. We are looking for professionals who understand the importance of consistency, attention to detail, and execution in a fast-paced fine dining kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-end steaks, broilers, grills, or similar cooking equipment and take pride in delivering perfectly cooked dishes every time. Responsibilities:

• Delight our Guests with perfectly prepared dishes
• Passionately prepare food products, to include all meats, poultry, and seafood items, as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
• Assists the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
• Ensures our Guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food product
• Be a team player and have high attention to detail
• Prepare and cook steaks, chops, seafood, and other proteins to precise specifications and temperatures.
• Operate broilers, grills, and other cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency and quality during high-volume service periods.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, seasoning, and plating.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Ensure station cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, expeditors, and kitchen team members.
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries.
• Support opening, closing, and daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of fine dining experience required.
• Previous experience working broiler, grill, steakhouse, or protein stations preferred.
• Strong understanding of steak temperatures, cooking techniques, and protein preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation Details:

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
