Job Summary

.Net L2 Support JD:

* Good experience on.Net, MVC, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, etc.

* Nice to have exposure on React, Tableau, GCP, PCF, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, Jenkins, SonarQube, Github, etc.

* Should be able to work on Service-now portal for incidents, service requests, change management, etc.

* Ready to work in maintenance projects & able to take on L2/L3 support role

* Flexible to work in shifts

* Able to work on weekend on-call schedules (allocated once in 4-5 weeks)

* Should have good communication skills and able to work with the customers

* Requires good technical knowledge and ready to take on additional responsibilities

* Should be flexible enough for cross training in other technologies when there is a project need

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
