Position Objective:

Chase and his team are seeking an Operations Lead with the ability to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to its 70+ team members. This person will be in a leadership position where they will have the opportunity to lead, grow, and serve. This Individual will have their hand in multiple aspects of the restaurant from managing a department to business planning and strategizing. The ultimate goal for this person is to work alongside the Owner/Operator and other Leaders to play a key role in growing the business and holding the team accountable. This leader will be intentionally developed and long term will have the opportunity to serve as a top leader in an even larger capacity or pursue becoming an Owner/Operator within the next 3-5 years!

Position Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and work in the daily operations overseeing and supervising systems and processes
• Serve on the Leadership Team and ensure that the store is maintaining and growing a work culture that creates a remarkable team member experience
• Lead, motivate, and build relationships with team members through cultivating a culture of care with a focus on developing and training
• Ensure compliance and maintain an exceptional guest experience, prioritize food safety, quality, and other key areas
• Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes to improve efficiency and build sustainable sales and profit growth
• Partner with other leaders to solve problems, implement solutions, and obtain real results
• Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team training and development, store projects, and reviewing reports and results
• Ensure Chick-fil-A Frankfort is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards
• Meet regularly with the Operator and Leadership Team for training/personal development and to execute the overall vision

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience
• Optimistic and engaging; excited about the vision/future growth of the company
• Demonstrates humility and servant leadership mentality; willing to get your hands dirty
• High-level organizational skills with multi-tasking capabilities; detail-oriented
• Passion for people and world-class service; Ability to positively impact and develop the people and culture around you
• Highly driven and dedicated; motivated to grow and achieve excellence personally and professionally
• Possesses a willingness and desire to learn and be coached
• Proactive self-starter, and innovative problem solver
• Ability to maintain composure under high pressure and make decisions quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Growth and results-oriented with a strong ability to create and implement new systems in a fast-paced work environment
