About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics. This role requires a strategic partner to the CEO, working closely to translate vision into functional plans across various business areas. The VP of Operations will also be instrumental in integrating and optimizing major business functions, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring the team is healthy, functional, and cohesive. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include owning the business scorecard, leading the team in accountability, and using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to integrate all major operating functions.
