This role plays a key part in supporting daily warehouse operations by unloading deliveries, stocking inventory, preparing outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records.This is an on-site role based at our Burlington, NJ Manufacturing & Warehouse Facility.What You’ll Do:Receive, unload, inspect, sort, and stock inbound shipmentsPick, pack, label, and load outbound shipmentsTrack, trace, and update shipment status for inbound and outbound ordersMaintain accurate inventory records, log sheets, and proof of deliveryCreate packing slips, delivery receipts, load tags, and address labelsSchedule trucks and manage dock scheduling systemsExpedite priority inbound materials as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaProvide backup support to shipping and receiving operationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalentExperienceMinimum 2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experienceExperience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS preferred)Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping processesForklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 daysSkillsStrong organizational, communication, and time‑management abilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionallyProficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and ExcelWhy You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)At Specified Technologies Inc.
