Analyst, 2nd shift

Eurofins Environment Testing seeks an Analyst to prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard analytical techniques, GMP/GLP protocols, and instrumentation such as gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. The role involves routine lab tasks, data recording, and instrument maintenance on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environmental samples using standard analytical techniques
• Perform chemical analysis and calculations on samples
• Record, report data, and document unusual test occurrences
• Operate and maintain complex instrumentation including GC, GC/MS, and atomic absorption
• Maintain laboratory work area and wash glassware

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field, or 3 years laboratory experience
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Experience with analytical techniques: gas chromatography, wet chemistry, or metals analysis
• Ability to work independently following written or verbal instructions
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Compensation: $18.00–$19.00/hour based on experience
