Our family law firm seeks a highly qualified, experienced paralegal who combines strong technical skills, sound judgment, and a compassionate approach to client service.

Qualifications

• At least five years of substantive family law paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida family law procedures, mandatory disclosure, financial affidavits, discovery, and court filing requirements.
• Excellent drafting, proofreading, organizational, and case management skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and support complex cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional, responsive communication with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Discretion when handling confidential financial and personal information.
• Florida Registered Paralegal designation or other recognized paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in divorce, parenting, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and post-judgment matters.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, discovery requests and responses, and other documents for attorney review.
• Organize and review financial records, track outstanding disclosure, and prepare supporting schedules.
• Maintain calendars and monitor deadlines, hearings, mediations, and appointments.
• Prepare exhibits, hearing and trial materials, and case summaries.
• Keep clients informed and help cases move forward under attorney supervision.
