This role is responsible for managing certified payroll reporting, compliance documentation, and supporting various payroll-related functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and submit weekly Certified Payroll reports with meticulous attention to detailCollect, organize, and maintain Sign-in Logs from multiple job sitesVerify accuracy of Certified Payroll Reports by: Cross-referencing hours against Sign-in logsEnsuring hourly wage rates comply with state prevailing wage requirementsPrepare and submit monthly reports including: Employment Utilization ReportWorkforce Utilization Table ReportOCIP and CCIP insurance forms for applicable projectsPackage and distribute Certified Payroll reports for WDF and subcontractors to Prime ContractorsManage electronic Certified Payroll submissions through various systems: NYC School Construction AuthorityLCP Tracker for Newark Airport projecteComply for NYCHA jobsProcess cost moves for field employees in JD Edwards related to payroll adjustmentsSupport external audits by providing required documentation: Certified Payroll reportsInsurance reporting documentsTimesheetsMaintain organized filing system for all payroll and insurance documentationServe as backup support for primary payroll positionProcess interim checks and Union target money requestsHandle additional tasks as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience with certified payroll administration and complianceProficiency in JD Edwards or similar ERP systemsKnowledge of prevailing wage requirements and regulationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
