We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide exceptional speech and language therapy services to our residents.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in residents, including dysphagia, apraxia, and cognitive-communication disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Provide speech and language therapy services, including individual and group therapy sessions

• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Stay up-to-date with latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program

• Current license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Missouri

• CPR certification

• Experience working with geriatric populations preferred
