Responsibilities for Seasonal Business Development Manager include but are not limited to:

• Own and manage budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and overall budget orchestration for the Trusted Technology Group.

• Lead Rhythm of Business (ROB) activities, including business reviews, planning cycles, reporting, and operational governance.

• Prepare and deliver executive communications, presentations, reports, leadership updates, and briefing materials.

• Coordinate internal communications, including town halls, all-hands meetings, organizational announcements, and leadership messaging.

• Track project budgets, expenditures, financial metrics, and business performance, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.

• Partner with stakeholders across multiple business units to drive operational excellence, business processes, planning, and strategic initiatives.

Candidates for Seasonal Business Development Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or related strategic operations roles.

• Strong experience with budget management, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.

• Proven Rhythm of Business (ROB) management experience, preferably supporting VP/CVP-level organizations.

• Excellent executive, internal, and written communication skills, including preparing leadership communications and presentations.

• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders across multiple teams and organizational levels.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and ability to work hybrid in Redmond, WA (1-2 days onsite weekly).

Pay Details: $74.90 per hour
