As a Primary Care Physician , you'll provide comprehensive, relationship-based care to clinically and socially complex older adults while helping patients achieve their health goals through longitudinal care delivered in our clinics and via telehealth.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
\n
• Active Massachusetts medical license, or ability to obtain one prior to start
\n
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
\n
• Experience utilizing EHRs and healthcare technology
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• High ethical standards with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
\n
• Passion for mission-driven, patient-centered care
\n
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
\n
• Ability to effectively balance competing priorities
\n
