This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems to ensure uninterrupted operations, safety compliance, and equipment reliability. You will play a key role in preventative maintenance efforts, rapid response repairs, and maintaining a clean and compliant working environment across the resort.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair a wide range of building systems and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and facility infrastructure.Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled inspections, servicing, calibration, and preventative maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment lifespan.Life Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work complies with insurance requirements and local, county, state, and federal codes and regulations.
